Your values. Your goals. Your peace of mind.
My approach to psychotherapy would best be described as interdisciplinary and biopsychosocial, but pulls largely from acceptance- and commitment therapies (ACT), autonomic/biological models of emotions and self-growth through expanded dialogues into related philosophical concepts (e.g. happiness, morality, free will). I work with clients to develop insight into their emotions, adopt healthy coping strategies that align with their values, and process complex experiences through deliberative, rational contemplation. My clinical interests include:
Anxiety Disorders (Panic Disorder, GAD, Social Anxiety Disorder, Specific Phobia)
Depression
Attention-deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder
Adjustment to life transitions (college, career, relational)
Problems with motivation and career dissatisfaction
Insomnia
